All sessions will be packed full of useful information relating to CastIMS, Data Management, Quality Assurance and Compliance. The sessions will be presented in bite sized portions followed by audience influenced discussions. Registration fee is $195.00 per registrant.

Monitoring your calls, employee activity and process controls are an integral part of your quality assurance and compliance programs. This session will look at how to utilize CastIMS to learn from that data and identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.

The Root of the Problem

Identification of accurate root causes and corrective actions

This session will provide an overview of successful root cause analysis processes and the best way to manage CastIMS Nonconformity reporting that won’t bog down your staff or leave issues to be open too long or closed too soon.

Getting team, staff and management’s buy in and improving collaboration

Having a great tool like CastIMS is only part of the solution. Getting people to use it is the key to successful implementation of the system. This topic will be hosted by guest speaker Robin Welt and will provide helpful guidance on motivating team members to use the system to the fullest while reducing possible resistance.

This session will cover creating a culture of accountability and partnership between your technology staff and operations, as well as attracting and maintaining talent. Understanding and adhering to information technology security

You will leave this session with a more comprehensive understanding of the whys of information security, how encryption actually works and how to evaluate the security of vendor offerings. We will be covering both physical and logical security for your office.
